Mamma Mia! follows Sophie, a young woman living on a Greek island who is preparing for her wedding and wants her father to walk her down the aisle. After discovering her mother Donna’s old diary, Sophie learns that three men could be her father, so she secretly invites all three to the wedding. Their arrival brings old memories, confusion, and plenty of drama as Donna and the three men reconnect all while bringing up themes of family, love, growing up, and accepting that families don't always look the way we expect them to, set to the tunes of ABBA’s greatest hits.
