Ticket Donations from MMT
Mill Mountain Theatre is proud to support fundraising events that benefit other non-profit 501(c)3 organizations throughout the Valley through the donation of performance tickets.
While we would like to grant all requests, as a non-profit organization Mill Mountain Theatre must limit the number of donated performance tickets. Not all requests can be filled. It is Mill Mountain Theatre's policy to donate only to other non-profit 501(c)3 organizations.
In order to allow for sufficient time to review your request, all requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance of the event. We will respond to all written requests. No phone calls please. All donations must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value.
Mill Mountain Theatre is a 501 (c) 3 organization.
Ineligible Requests
Due to the high number of requests that we receive, Mill Mountain Theatre can only support a maximum of one fundraiser per calendar year per eligible beneficiary group. Please note that the beneficiary group of your fundraiser may have already received a donation through another event since multiple events often benefit one group.
Application Process
To make a donation request you must submit a request in writing printed on the official letterhead of the group benefiting from the fundraiser or organizing the fundraiser. Each letter must briefly:
- Provide the name and date of the event and describe the event.
- Describe the beneficiary of the event, their 501 (c) 3tax id number, and how proceeds from the event will be used.
- Provide the name, daytime phone number, and email address of one specific contact person.
- When possible provide a self addressed stamped envelope

Application Deadline
Donation requests must be received at least four weeks prior to your event to allow sufficient time to process your request.
Application Processing
We will respond to all written requests within three weeks of submission if we are able to donate tickets. No phone calls please. Most often we will request for a representative from your organization to pick up the donated tickets/items.
